Touch Tracks are a great way to reorganize your midi performances. Basically you can trigger your riffs in different keys to create new improvs on your themes. even hold down a chord and the midi data will trigger on all the notes you are holding.

This video quickly shows you how to implement a touch track. Drag a midi region to the enviroment and you are halfway there.
